Hello! I’m Deirdre. I started Elivate in November of 2023, partly based on my own journey to measure, manage, and improve my health. I want to have at least 100 years of adventures! I’m the first tester of our products, and I’m excited about how Elivate FUEL is improving my health.

I’m sharing my progress so far to invite you to take a more active role in your well-being.

I started tracking 117 biomarkers (through blood testing) in July 2023, and I had 27 that were pretty scary. I then followed a program of oral supplements (way too many pills daily!) and weekly IVs (as soon as we got our IV ingredients in October 2023).

I tested my biomarkers again in January of 2024. In 6 months, I had corrected 17 of my 27 issues. I’m feeling really motivated to continue my journey and to help as many people as possible significantly improve their health & longevity.
